Customer Experience Representative: 

Applicant:

The ideal candidate will be a proven sales professional that has the ability to learn and adapt quickly.  This is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated individuals with great phone and communication skills.

Position Responsibilities:

Primary function is performing outbound calls to our existing clientel to survey their experience, find solutions to their issues and offer value add propositions, expanding their relationship with Green Energy Solutions. Successful calls will conclude by asking for permission to send them an email with information about Green Energy Solutions. You will be in charge of documenting the results of each contact, typing clear and concise notes on the client interaction and updating the database with new customer information.

Requirements:

  • Outbound residential and business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience required
  • Some college coursework required, degree preferred
  • Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook and Office as well as typing skills
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process
  • Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive

Internship:

Applicant:

The ideal applicant is a current college student who wishes to gain knowledge and experience of the energy industry through seasonal or part-time employment inside our offices.  That being said, we hire people, not resumes. So if you are in between semesters or not in school at this time, but still believe you fit the most important “superstar” criteria then go for it.

Position Responsibilities:

Interns at Green Energy Solutions will work with a Green Energy Solutions Consultant throughout the energy procurement process. You will gain valuable industry knowledge by working directly with end users and Retail Energy Suppliers to provide a value added service. There are opportunities to assist in targeted marketing campaigns or analyze data trends on the macroeconomic level.

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication ability
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task both independently and as a member of a team
  • Must have strong analytical, negotiation, and organization skills

 

Referral Partners: 

Applicant:

The ideal applicant has strong networking connections and business contacts, but limited time or desire to become a full time independent consultant. Desires residual income or supplemental income to their current wage and wishes to work with others to increase monthly income.

Position Responsibilities:

Identify target customers and schedule appointments for an Energy Consultant to present Green Energy Solutions value proposition. Supply contact information including name, number, and email. Works with an established Energy Consultant to ensure your leads get the best possible solutions strategies to effectively manage the goals of the customer.
